The staff is wonderful, exceptionally friendly and helpful, though some seemed overwhelmed. The location is central with great convenience and spectacular views, within walking distance of everything in English Harbour and Falmouth Harbour. The dining experience, although Asian fusion sushi style, was light and fresh in the over-water restaurant. Overall, a great choice with fantastic rooms and service, but some staff may be overloaded and the dining options are limited.
